Vick 'Em Shirts Banned

Vick 'Em Shirts Banned

Geoffrey Candia, who created the Vick 'Em Shirts, depicting the killing of a dog has taken full responsibility and removed the shirts from circulation.
Texas Tech has also suspended the Theta Chi fraternity which were involved in selling the shirts.
