President George W. Bush discussed the United States Visa Waiver Program as he stood with representatives of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and South Korea in the Rose Garden on Friday morning (11:13 a.m. Eastern Standard Time), Oct. 17, 2008.
