Virgin Coconut Oil Usage

It has come to my attention, being a health supplement research enthusiast, many people has this view that anything related to coconut is unhealthy.

What puts them off is the word "saturated fat." But they did not look further into the component of what makes up the saturated fat.

Look up on lauric acid and read more about it. Coconut oil is one of the source that has about 50% of lauric acid.

Most Asian countries loves food that used coconut milk in it. Now instead of using the coconut milk in my rice, I have switched to using coconut oil instead. Rice becomes more fragrant.

There is also this food habit that people in Asia does, and that is by putting in a slab of butter into their coffee which gave me the idea to put coconut oil in my coffee. So now, drinking my coffee reminds me of pina colada.

You can add coconut oil into soups or try using it in cakes while you bake. Probably have a new form of coconut flavor cake istead of butter cake?

Learn to get use to the smell of coconut oil and eventually, you will love it.
