As a former Mr. America I would have to say I am a fitness expert but as a middle age man I would honestly say Im overweight. Most of us are battling the bulge, sleeping too little, worrying too much and definitely in too big of a hurry.
Everyone seems to be into the health craze and gyms are crowed everywhere. Jugggling our time and our energy is a huge problem for most of us. Amidst all this maddness our weight,
energy and digestion suffers, not to mention our attitude
and relationships. There is one thing we can do to partially
combat all of these. That thing is the most simple thing you could imagine, its called walking. Some of you are yawning
and thinking this isnt new information. You are absolutely right but when you walk is extremely significant.
Here it is in a nutshell: 1.) walk for an hour when you wake up in the morning. 2.) walk for 30-40 minutes at night before you go to bed and immediately after eating dinner.
The mental and physical benefits of healthy digestion,great sleep and a relaxed attitude will be a welcome change.Walking before you go to bed raises your basal metabolism and you will actually be burning fat while you sleep. I will give several relaxtion tips next time. Walk ,think, breathe its what we are meant to do but few of us enjoy it and the benefits. Smell the flowers in the morning and gaze at the stars at night.take a deep breathe and enjoy your walk. Roger Callard
