Walmart goes wireless

posted October 14, 2009 - 5:30pm
Walmart goes wireless

Walmart might start offering their own pre-paid wireless deal. $45 a month for unlimited everything according to this article. There's also a $30 a month option with 1000 minutes, 1000 texts and 30 megabytes of web access. Not too bad. The best part is no contract! Only problem is you will lose the number if you drop service, but I suspect that would happen as well with the other carriers, as well as the hefty cancellation fee.

 These plans look really good

These plans look really good Shakela.  The Unlimited plan for $45 is a really good deal.  In addition to the minutes and data usage, the plans run on the Verizon network, which means good coverage.
