Tip 1:
How old are your strings? Getting your racquet strung at the proper lbs. will ensure not only your game, but may keep you from injuring yourself.
Tip 2:
How about your shoes? Are you wearing tennis shoes? If not you could asking for trouble! Wearing regular sneakers, or cross trainers is like asking to roll your ankle.
Tip 3:
Your forehand and backhand- are you keeping your elbows in until you follow through? Is your wrist somewhat relaxed? Do you follow through keeping your knees bent and letting your back foot follow your shot? If not you should!!
