The war with no beginning... Gaza and Israel
posted January 6, 2009 - 10:45amToday I did something I haven't done in a very long time: I ate breakfast in front of the television. However, instead of watching my usual shows, I tuned in to the news. As I was eating my bagel, I heard the latest news, which is basically the same news I have been hearing since this whole chaos started. Killing, more killing, and more killing.
#...more people killed in Gaza, as well as #... more killed in Israel. More killing and more injuries.
Each side demanded its own conditions be met. Israel wants the rockets to be stopped and Hamas wants the gates to be lifted and the killing to stop.
While both sides are looking over their options and a next strategy plan, more innocent people, including children, women, elders, youths are being killed.
F16s are still firing rockets into Gaza, while other rockets are being fired from Gaza into Israel.
Both sides claim civilians are not their targets but rather military sites. However, with over 5 million people in Israel and 1.5 million people in Gaza, which 750,000 are children, civilians are surely the victims.
As each side looks for something/someone to blame, more people are being murdered. When will the world break its silence and do something about this genocide?
Why can't the USA just keep quite instead of threatening other countries if they help?
When will this destruction of human lives stop?
Who will get me a plane, so I can go talk some sense into these people's minds?
