Was Shilpa Shetty's Arrest a Publicity gimmick?

Immigration officials at Mumbai airport detained Shilpa briefly to check her papers and her publicist Dale Bhagwagar cried foul talking about the "crying" Shilpa, lawyers AND her Musical "Miss Bollywood"!!!

But the actor's UK spokeswoman Teji Singh denied that the actress had been arrested or detained, saying: "Every time Shilpa leaves the country, she has to show her paperwork because of the Richard Gere thing.

It seems smart sexy Miss Shetty has learned something about publicity after her stint at the Big Brother!!!
