The closing eremony of the Beijing Olympics summer games 2008 is an event every one is waiting for with bated breaths, What with the Opening ceremony being such a fantastic and successful event.

The closing ceremony of the Beijing Olympics will be held at the Bird's Nest. On Sunday, the 24 Aug 2008, the program would include elements of culture from Yunnan province, in south-western China. Placido Domingo, Spanish tenor, will grace the stage in a duet with Chinese star soprano Song Zuying.

There will be a kung fu display featuring 350 practitioners of a Bejiing martial arts school. The show will also include a performance from London, the host for the next Olympics.
