They have links to 1000's of free and legal TV stations from around the world.

The thing I like about this site is that it has long lists of most shows that are available for free online--so at a quick glance, you can find something you might be interested in. There does seem to be a problem with going to the sites where the videos are--which are all the legitimate official website where these shows are legally shown.

I like the site as a list of what's out there, but looking back at it after your comments, I see that it's not the most user friendly site out there.

If you want to watch free tv online, two of the best places are hulu.com and fancast.com, both of which legally show some of the best tv shows online. You can watch shows like The Office, Monk, Arrested Development (one of my personal favorites), The Riches, and even older shows like A-Team and Doogie Howser. If you're looking for tv online, those are probably the best places to look.

You can also find tv shows (as pennypoop mentioned) at fox.com and nbc.com, etc. These days most big-name shows are available online, which is great.

www.hulu.com - This site is a collaboration of NBC and Fox, so you can watch shows like The Office and Prison Break. There is even a good list of movies there that you can watch.

www.fancast.com - watch shows like Monk and a bunch of others.

http://dynamic.abc.go.com/streaming/landing - This link goes to the ABC.com full episode player where you can find full episodes of Dancing with the Stars, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, and Lost in HD.

http://www.nbc.com/Video/ - This link goes to NBC.com, where you can watch full length episodes of Scrubs, Chuck, and The Office.
