Watch Hannah Montana's Miley Cyrus And The Jonas Brothers Free Concert

Watch Hannah Montana's Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers free New Years Eve Concert tonight. They will appear live at the Times Square, New York,New York, New Year Eve's celebration, which will be televised.

If you plan on attending the concert, arrive early, as Times Square will be locked down around 3 in the afternoon. Pack light as no backpacks or large bags will be allowed. There will be a pronounced police presence and bomb sniffing dogs. No alcohol will be allowed.

There will also be tons and tons of confetti.
