Paris Hilton is always up to her no good, publicity-starved ways--well at least that's how it looks sometimes. Recently, the news broke that there was a new Paris Hilton tape released online somehow.

You gotta wonder why she would ever go on film again considering her history with certain tapes being leaked online.
