Mel Gibson has been in the news a lot lately--not for his movie making. But for his drunken tirades. All that aside, the man can still make a good movie. Theater-goers were not dissuaded from going to the movies and making Apocalypto the movie a hit.

Now you can watch the movie Apocalypto online. I don't know how a site can post the movie, or why it's there, but it is.

Apocalypto is an Academy Award nominated 2006 epic film directed by Mel Gibson. Set in Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula just before Spanish contact, it depicts one man's experience during the decline of the ancient Maya civilization. Very interesting stuff.
