Way to fight Pessimism

Some people are happy to be pessimistic and there are some who feel weighed down by negativity and wish that they could be more optimistic. It actually all depends on the way we perceive things.
When we conceal our anxities they only build. The world is filled with lots of people and every one has its own way of letting of steam. This varies from exercise, to listening the music, to reading a book, to watching a movie etc.
