Try flavored water.
If you don't like the taste of water, try adding something to it. They have all sorts of different flavors you can try. By doing this you will still be drinking the amount of water you need but at least this way it will have taste.
Get rid of soft drinks.
If you keep sodas in the house, there is a big chance that you will drink them instead of water. And water is much more healthy for you than drinking sodas.
Keep a bottle of water with you.
Even if your not thirsty at the moment, it will come in handy when you do need a sip of something. So instead of walking to the nearest vending machine, you will have water already on you and will make the temptation less.
Have a pre-amount of water made.
Whatever amount of water you would like to add to your day, go ahead and measure it out and put it in the refrigerator. That way you will know how far away you are from reaching your goal.
Add more until you reach your goal.
If you feel that you cannot drink as much as you would like, start small and just try to continue to keep adding. Before you know it, you will be drinking the amount you desired.
