Ways to pick a good costume

Price.
Think about the costume you want. How much are you willing to spend on it? Be sure to think about every article and piece you will need. You may need makeup or accessories so be sure to add that into the price.

Comfort.
If you plan on attending a party or will be out for awhile, be sure that you will remain comfortable for the entire time you are out. Because if you are not very comfortable, you may not be having much fun.

Authentic.
If you are wanting your costume to look very good, try getting all the right accessories. Try going to costume stores in the area, but if they do not have things that look real enough or up to your expectations, I suggest looking on eBay.

Take your time.
Don't just buy the first thing you see, give it some thought. Leave yourself some time before the party so you can shop around. It is really hard to make a great costume in just a few days. If you have time, you can pick out specific things you want as you see them.

Put thought into it.
Even if there is going to be 10 other people there with the same costume as you on. You can add things to make yourself stand out from others. So put some thought into it and make a special costume.
