Ways to spend time in an airport
Ways to spend time in an airport
Bring your laptop.
If you have a laptop you will definitely want to bring it along. Most airports have wireless internet that you can use while you are waiting to board your flight (some airports charge though). This way you can finish up any business work or shoot a few emails before you take off.
Bring DVD's.
Not like what the flight is showing? Or do you just want to watch some before you get on the plane? I suggest bringing your own dvd's and either a portable dvd player or a laptop to play it on. This should keep you occupied for awhile. Be sure to bring a plug to keep your charge.
Ipod.
If you have an Ipod (or any other mp3 player) you could bring it along as well. They are usually very little, so you can keep it in your pocket. Then listen to music until your flight starts boarding. I suggest you take them off right before boarding so you do not miss your call.
Sleep.
If it is going to be a long wait, you could always sleep. Be sure to set your alarm on your phone though, you do not want to miss your flight. Try to get into the sleep pattern of wherever you are traveling, that way you will not experience much jet lag.
