So often we unknowingly follow the system that continues to keep us in the bottom. I will further explain this in my book about the housing fiasco, but the truth is, the media will ignore it and ensure it does not become a best seller because those who played the system and got us into this mess are in tight with the media and the policy makers. They hide behind rules to grant them authority to continue abusing us. But ITs got to STOP NOW!! WE THE PEOPLE, have got to stand up against those who continue to exploit us. Why is there an MLS system controlled by the few? When we are supposedly in the information age. If information is sharable, then we would not have fears over the value of our homes. If we need to move, we simply find someone who needs to move in their home and swap. Can be a direct swap, it can be a chain swap. What is stopping all of us? - Those who want to profit from us. The very people we trust, sometimes are the ones fixing the market against us. Do you remember those who would tell you, "why settle for that, you can sell it for more!" We are human, naturally we all have some form of greed ... yet we deny it. But these early touters are now the ones suggesting we lower the price. To some extent that may make sense, but if we can trade our homes why bother? But they will insist that you have to do a simultaneous buy and sell. Why, because a sale means some money in their pockets. And they don't care about the fiduciary relationship they have with you (its short lived). But extending their referall fees with other professionals, oh that is another story - Don't get me started. Let me get to the point, WE THE PEOPLE HAVE a CHOICE, WE CAN DO SOMETHING, I CHOOSE TO BUILD THIS FREE WEBSITE FOR ALL OF US. The question is, are they going to try to stop it?
