Weak Are the Actively Disappointed

I'm listening to an hour-long interview with Richard Dawkins, chair of Oxford University's Public Understanding of Science and author of The Selfish Gene and (most-notably) The God Delusion.

He is a scientist, so his disbelief in God can be understood; you can't sense Him in any way, so He must not exist!

But belief in God involves absolutely no human sensations! If you imagine God as any manifestation of any "real" thing, then God is a delusion!

My God is not visible, isn't touchable, isn't audible, has no smell/taste, and doesn't displace any physical medium.

In The Selfish Gene, Dawkins wrote about genes as if we humans are only vehicles for their survival, comparing them to societal ideas which he called "memes." And in The God Delusion, Dawkins explains how God is 'a story our parents/teachers/leaders' tell us.

In the interview, Dawkins compares atheists' hardship to that of homosexuals. I do too, because 'the God-plan' involves a) everyone believing in a specific power greater than themselves AND b) adding to the number of people with that belief.

Homosexuality promotes an end to breeding, and 'an end to breeding' does not add to a tribe's population; thus homosexuality promotes the end of the human-race (I know that–with some maturity–that 'equation flow' isn't so valid ... but 'maturity' usually doesn't occur until sometime AFTER 'the other gender doesn't look so yucky anymore.')

Atheism is "believing in nothing," and–in truth (which is most of what I write)–so is modern Christianity; but modern Christianity is the belief in the same nothing as all the other Christians.

Thus, you see, strict-homosexuality and atheism are steps-backward for humanity—while Christianity (familiarity with the creational force upheld by all) is the energy that flows through every good fiber of every good Christian.
