Week two My Weigh Loss Blog Biggest Loser:

Hello friends;
Went to two water aerobic classes last week and will go again today. Tonight hubby and I will after the aerobic class go to the senior center for a couple hours of dancing. I love to dance. Plus it is good exercise, anyone who has watched ABC's Dancing with the stars knows they lose weight with all that work out.

This morning I did 1.5 miles on the cardioglider. I have to get on the exercycle yet but won't until 2:00 when my daughter comes gets her kids. They spent the night all but the oldest, because they had parent teacher conference for the oldest girl who is home-schooled but attends special classes for some learning disabilities twice a week.

I am eyeing the terrain it is a bit spongy and wet yet and muddy but another couple of weeks I will be walking to my mailbox and back which is a good two mile walk each day and will increase it from there. Oh and good news I lost two pounds this last week. Down to 311 now.

I also realized I need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier got off my routine with the time change and was not getting enough proper rest. Which can contribute to weight problems.

I may not blog daily but I will at least weekly as able. Would have been on more but we have a satellite dish connection and it rained most the weekend and that takes down the satellite frequently for a day or two. I really appreciate all the support I have been getting, thanks so much. Well got some things to do for my water exercise class tonight and to get ready after for some dancing so catch you all again in a few days.

Cela and Roxy - I caved in and I'm doing WiiFit right along with you. We walk about 2-3 times a week but I'm aiming for an hour plus each day on the Wii, even if it's playing tennis with the kiddos. I've got 30 to lose here thanks to the stupid steroids from chemo. Keep going folks! Keep it up there!! Everything you can do to lower your weight and lead a healthy lifestyle will help you immensely. I'm with you both in spirit. I SO want to start exercising but I'm recovering from chemo and radiation which has, quite literally, fried my right boob to a crisp. A week or two more and I'm hitting the streets with a vengeance.
