You can lose weight by pills in a bottle. Products like Xenedrine, Nuphedrotrim, Lipotea, Slimquick, Wipeout fatburner, and many others.
Answer:
Taking these pills are no good for you. These pills are usually packed with caffiene, sugar, Taurine, and many other things that are
far from healthy for you. Plenty of people end up with heart issues and no fat loss results.
Weight Loss Myth #2:
Diet. Eat less and lose more.
Answer:
The less you eat, the more your body goes into survival mode. Your body will store fat in the involuntary action to attempt to live longer because it thinks it's starving. When you start to eat again, your body stores more fat than previously because it is trying to keep from starving again. Therefore you gain your old weight back plus some. You must eat every 3 hours. Healthy meals. Healthy portions. and your body will begin to burn fat and store the vital nutrients to remain healthy.
Weight Loss Myth #3:
The Lap Band.
Answer:
DONT DO IT!! If God intended for you to have a device that prevents your stomach from expanding, He would have made you that way. Your stomach is created in the shape of a bag pipe for a reason. It needs to be able to expand. There will be many long term complications with this procedure that you will see in the years to come. Exercise. Even light exercise is a better choice. You will live longer, feel better and be stronger.
