Were You Visited by Aliens? How to Recall Your Abduction

Every year, several hundred Americans publicly report being visited by aliens, and thousands more report seeing UFOs.  Many people who recall alien visits also have fuzzy memories of being taken aboard the UFO and even examined.  If you suspect that you were abducted by aliens, but are having trouble recalling the details, there are ways that you can recover your memories.  Though aliens use advanced technology to repress your abduction memories, luckily for us their methods are not perfect.

(1) Get a pad of drawing paper, charcoal pencils, and your favorite chemical relaxation agent.  Sit in a calm, quiet place, and draw images that come into your mind.  Try to focus on the events just before your abduction and right after.  Think about where you were when the UFO came, who was with you, and what you were doing.  Close your eyes and let the aliens' faces appear to you.  Draw them.

(2) Contact others who have been contacted by aliens.  Many abductees who have unlocked their repressed memories have shockingly similar stories.  Perhaps by reading or listening to another's abduction narrative, you will have a breakthrough and be able to recall your own visitation.

(3) Call into late night radio shows that discuss paranormal events.  You will get a more sympathetic ear.  Most people who have not been contacted by aliens will brush off your story as a hallucination.

(4) Consider attending some regression therapy sessions.  Regression therapy is an application of hypnosis.  When you are under hypnosis, your regression therapist will guide you back to the moment of your abduction, and unlock the secrets that are hidden in your subconscious.

Don't give in to assertions that you merely hallucinated or dreamed the abduction--at least not before you exhaust all possible methods of recovering your abduction memories.
