Skin care is very important for more than just looks. Your skin protects you from germs that try to enter your body. If your skin is in bad shape, those germs have a much better chance of finding their way in.
My personal tips:
Emu oil is the only animal-based skin solution that will not clog your pores.
A Slice of cucumber over your eye libs for five minutes each day will reduce wrinkles.
Eating fish and nuts (which have omega3 fatty acids) will improve your skin from the inside out.
If you are gaining a little weight, use lotion often to reduce the amount of stretch marks you'll get. This is great for pregnancy and general weight gain.
