I sympathize with people who disagree with eating meat, but I’m willing to make the exception in the case of alligators. I mean, they’re alligators; it’s us or them. Any way, I’ve wondered if people are eating more game meats now that the economy seems destined to get much worse. Surprisingly some parts tastes kind of like pork, while much of the meat tastes more like chicken.
