What Does Bear Meat Taste Like?

With the economy continue its downward spiral, more and more folks are heading back to the wild in search of wild meats. Personally, I think that bears are amazing animals and would be uncomfortable taking ones life, but there is nothing wrong with hunting so long as it takes place under legal controls. Bear meat tastes somewhat sweet and quite gamey.
