What Does Quail Meat Taste Like?

Bird hunting is an exciting and rewarding experience. Although I try to avoid eating much meat generally, I was in a wild game restaurant recently that got me wondering if more people are returning to hunting as a source of affordable food. At any rate, quail meat is a little bit gamey and has something of an oily presence in the mouth.
