What Is Kinesiology Tape?

What Is Kinesiology Tape?

It is used to measure your fitness or something to that effect, and possibly could be used to detect heart disease, there is an explanation that beats me to the right words to explain it better at the link below.

Kinesio tape is used to help stabilize and support muscles during rehabilitation. It is placed on or around the affected muscles and allows enough flexibility that allows full range of motion.
