September 14th- In Washington D.C. a handicapped person and a 47 year old woman had a verbal argument on a bus two weeks ago. Today September 14th 2009 after getting off the bus the gunman, who is in a wheelchair, aproaches the woman on the street and shoots her in her right foot. The woman was not seriously injured but the maniac in the wheelchair has yet to be found. If in Washington D.C. the man appeares to be in his 20's with a scruffy beard.
