I don't know how many times I've read on the Internet how I could get a copy of my credit report for free? And, lets not forget the blah, blah, blah, of Television.

And, it doesn't matter whether it's blah, blah, blah, or, click, click, click, the results are always the same; the credit report is not free.

Here's the 100%, works every time, way to get to that FREE credit report:

Fill out, either, in ink, or online, a credit card application. Don't worry if you know you can't get the card. Just fill the short application out. Click or mail, what ever method you prefer, it does not matter.

Federal laws, which protect consumers, mandates that anytime you fill out a credit application, for a credit card, or, a loan, (anything which involves loaning money)and you are denied the credit, the card/loan company has to tell you who denied the credit, and printed upon the denial letter, form, or, email, is a toll free number where you can call and request your FREE CREDIT REPORT.

Usually, there is, in addition, to the toll-free number, an Internet address where this can be accomplished online.

When you make the request for your FREE CREDIT REPORT, remember that your denial was based on information the credit card or loan company received from the credit reporting company, you are calling. They will already know that you submitted an application, which was denied.

Within the requesting process you and your denied-application will be put-together, thus allowing for a FREE CREDIT REPORT.
