Where In Your Body Do You Feel Your Emotions?

Where In Your Body Do You Feel Your Emotions?

I found this interesting site the other day;

Tis called EmotionallyVague and is a research project concerning the body and emotion. Questions were asked and little pictures drawn in an attempt to get people to show where they feel different emotions.

The results are well presented, easy to follow and definately make you think.

I chose the second question as the link as it's one of the more interesting pages....

@Lmorovan--Science Admits Wrongness; Why Can't God?

Actually, God DOES admit it, the same way science does---by allowing the right to continue while the wrong is destroyed. One of the main features of science is that it proves itself wrong ON PURPOSE. The emotions are a MIX of reactions to multiple stimuli. Sure, your personal will-power has its say; sure, there might be some nerve-structures that handle the entire feeling before informing the brain; sure, some feelings might be more 'memories of similar feelings had when several of the present conditions occured.' You can label all that "God" (as that's probably what it is). ---Uncle MythMan & we Xombies Explain Money, Love, God etc. Work w/ Us to Find Yours! Science is wrong

Science is wrong therefore it follows that god is right! Crushingly convincing logic lmorovan! Can't argue with such a brilliant unbiased mind. Science is not wrong though , science never claimed that emotions is NOTHING more than chemical reactions in the body, however, science has mapped out chemical reactions in the body that occurs in relation to specific emotions. You see, science is a tool, not a belief. This is useful science. The motivation for science to do research like this is not to oppose religion and spirituality! I think you know that but for some reason you seem to hold a grudge against the evil atheist scientists of your communist homeland. Not all scientists are like them you know, actually , hardly any.. Well well,I guess it's impossible to argue rationally with someone who haven't opened his heart and soul to science yet, and who quite possibly hate science because it interrupts his agenda and interferes with his predetermined and absolute worldview.

Hmmm

I could explain what 'scientific' chemical reactions take place for each emotion, where these chemicals come from and where they go, but alas, I am at work right now trying to earn some bread so I am unable to. However, I will work on that byte in the next few days. As for science being wrong and religion being right? Each to their own is what I say although I have no idea how science is wrong in this case or religion for that matter - science/religion had nothing to do with this article; - it's merely about where in your body you feel emotions....... not everything has to be categorized or as Einstein said more eloquently than I ; "Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts."

Interesting

Looks to me like emotions are more than some chemical reactions in the brain. Could it be that science is once again wrong? And God is right? To read my posts and articles click here: http://www.xomba.com/xombyte/lmorovan

Interesting information

Celanith That was interesting. Not sure If I agree with all of it. But we all have different ways of expressing emotion of varying degrees.
