Which is Worse: Not Being Able to Find the U.S. on the Map, or Not Being Able to Explain Why 1/5 of U.S. Citizens Can't?

Come on people. If I were asked this question I wouldn't be able to give a very good answer either. There really is no excuse for 20% of U.S. citizens not being able to find their own country on the map. This shouldn't even be a question, because people should be more educated! Cut poor Ms. Teen South Carolina some slack already!
