We have many pretenses of who a hero is. We think of many popular images of heroes, such as Superman, a firefighter, a policeman or a solider in Iraq. But is there more to heroes than that?

Heroes come in all shapes and ways. A fire fighter or a solider in Iraq is not the only hero there is. Heroes can be any one with goodwill to help some one else in need out of their own busy schedule with out expecting any thing else back from that person.
