Who Was Francis Bacon

Francis Bacon was an English attorney and royal official during the Scientific Revolution in Europe. He specialized in the reformation of history, ethics and philosophy. He promoted the inductive method of modern science. He challenged Artistotle's dependence on deductive reasoning. He insited that valid conclusions about physical unverse could be reached only through his inductive method, expirimentation and systematic collection and analysis of data. He believed that empirical evidence would develop new knowledge. He is most famous for his two works, The Advancement of Learning and Novum Organum (no not orgasm lol).
