Michael Phelps has been tagged to be a presenter at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards on September 7th. I think he would win the vote for "The Most Bling" at the VMAs, hands down.

Phelps the Olympic "Phreak" will be sharing the stage with other presenters such as Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, Scarlett Johansson as well as Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale and others of "High School Musical" fame.

Some of the artists that will be performing during the awards ceremony are Kid Rock, Pink, Rihanna, T.I., and the Jonas Brothers.

You'll be able to catch the Olympic sensation at this year's MTV Video Music Awards will be held at Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles on September 7th at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
