Whoopi Goldberg Says the N Word on the View --- but says only blacks are allowed to say it

Whoopi Goldberg says the N word on the view and justifies Jesse Jackson calling Barrack the N word because he is black and entitled to use the N world. She also makes Elizabeth on the view cry. Eliazabeth thinks no one should use the n word.
