Why a Faith God Permits All God's Children to Know Evil: Reading of a Christan "Dawn Bible"-Publication, with Commentary
posted October 1, 2008 - 10:59amWe all know that there are a great many evils in the world; "If this 'God'-character is so all-powerful," I hear the anarchists' rumblings, "Why doesn't He just flash His giant love-monkey at the evils and cause them to dissolve in the rain of his zesty adoration-sauce?"
Job knows:
Badness Is Rewarded Well Where We Can See, but Is Punished Where We Can't SeeGod's goodness/badness is everywhere; evil people just destroyed the badness here, but they don't know what God's children know—that God's badness won't hit us unexpectedly anywhere in the universe!
But Why Didn't God Just Leave Badness Out of Creation?Think about it: would you rather have a spouse who lives with you because`e loves you, or one who lives with you because `e needs the money?
Adam's Sacrifice Brings Sacrificial TraditionAs my father loved a woman, so shall I ... not to mention that it's just makes sense; women need me!
Death Is Not the EndThe evils that irritate us to the grave are but temporary inconveniences. (And 'death-forever' isn't the immediate fate of they who go to the first death without God.)
Joy in the MorningYes, all will meet the sleep of death; but it is not the final sleep until such time as the judges make it so!
Debt-Free House-of-GodWe will be recovered royalty—like a reverse-annullment, living in the palace as if we had never left!
For There Is Good in the WorldAnd it's worth fighting for!
