Some people simply replace high fat foods with greater volumes of low fat food such as a a bag of popcorn or a box of snackwells. Total calories is the bottom line, if your going to lose weight, you have to eat fewer calories. Try these strategies to cut and fat AND calories. Eat fruit and vegetables at every meal. They will fill you up and are loaded with vitamins and plenty of health benefits. Work out 5 times a week. Run 3 times a week and work out with weights 2 days a week. Eat the food you want in its least processed state. For example fresh corn instead of potato chips or a baked potato instead of french fried. You can more while taking in fewer calories by doing this. Make better food choices. When your at McDonald's order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with no mayo instead of Big Mac. Follow these tips and you will be losing weight in no time.
