Kerry did win. Yes, Kerry said No in 2004. Theresa - threats?

I hope Hillary and Obama, McCain and Huck will all show up at the Science Debate, because the issue of species survival hinges on quickly acting in the face of what climate choices we have. This is a steady learning curve, and we may be too far behind it because of what Bush and cronies (Who need to be charged, tried and at the least incarcerated for 15 to 20, if not give to the Saudi Sword system. Do not be lulled at all by the rhetoric - - be concerned that James Hansen is trying to point out that we can't do any business as usual, and to do so will possibly end all big life on the planet, including us. The current Admin does not value life, citizens, or others on the planet. Money is God to them. As to Kerry. He made a regrettable mistake for the nation by not having the Ohio election in court. What has happened and is occurring now because of this choice of his hurt this nation. The climate situation is serious -- and we are at the tipping point or maybe beyond it. I'd rather explore the Undiscovered Country of Article V than the Undiscovered Country of a sulfate aerosol shield to reduce the sun's intensity. Airborne Sulfuric Acid, anyone? It does not solve our real problem. It is white and reflective. . . .

Kerry had his orders in 2004, though

Kerry's supporters were willing to take the fight into the courtroom for Ohio during that election and could have won the state, but he "chose" not to contest the election. By "chose" I mean "followed his orders". This is political "reading between the lines", but had Kerry won in 2004 (which he did in fact, although history won't remember that), it would have been likely that he would have gone on to be reelected in 2008, which would have pushed Hillary's bid to 2012. That would have upset the timetable of the Inner Party, so Kerry had to take one for the team. Despite the Republicans' covert backing of Nader in 2004, Kerry still had a legitimate shot at winning. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

Nader 2004 funding from Republicans

According to this 2004 article from the San Francisco Chronicle, many of Nader's biggest donors to his 2004 campaign were Republicans who had also given to the Bush-Cheney campaign, in an attempt to draw votes to Nader and away from Kerry. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/c/a/2004/07/09/MNGQQ7J31K1.DTL

Nader is the only honest and most intelligent candidate running.

Millions will be spent via the media to prevent and suppress Nader's message, to keep it from getting out. None of you probably have ever communicated with, say the DNC or RNC. When, a couple of years ago Walker vs Members of Congress was being appealed to the Supreme Court, where Certiorari was denied -- the ruling it left standing simply and neatly nullifies the constitution. America now is a dead horse standing. Read about Article V, see www.foav.org or www.article5.org to get the idea. Read my The FIFTH ARTICLE here on xomba. However, before certiorari denied, I addressed the subject with the Secretary of the DNC and she wrote back that for an amendatory constitutional convention -- there could be "unintended consequences." Now that is code for: If "the people" were placed in charge we might be out of Washington and out of control. She wondered who would go and who would vote, and so forth. Of course we American's can take the Government back, but not through the current constitution as nullified. A bloody revolution might be the best sure way--against both foreign and local bloodline banks, against Black Water, against those opposed to Constitutional Law and rule by Law. George B is of the first we could imprison at Guantanamo and Alberto and Richard C and the remarkable shifty Rove too. Here is Nader's website. http://www.votenader.org/news/ Here is a link to an intelligent and not too gentle piece about Ralph. http://www.truthdig.com/report/commentreceived/20070226_an_unreasonably_principled_man/ I am writing to encourage Nader to participate in the 18 April 2008 Science Debate. I will also contact the Science Debate 2008 organizer CEO to make sure they invite Ralph. I do not know who or what media would have guts enough to air the debate, but it will be pretty clear you the people have lost any hope of finding out what the candidates actually stand for without the Science Debate. A lot of high-powered scientists are signed on and support it. http://www.sciencedebate2008.com/www/index.php Hillary actually knows something about science and its process and station in our society. But though she does -- it would be good to have her on Tape saying what she will do and what she thinks. Ralph Nader absolutely does know truth, and science is about truth. So far Obama has no weight, no mass, no substance, so he lets YOU figure out what his "change" means. You know everyone has their own little prayer, and as long as he doesn't put substance to "change" your prayers are answered, because you will fill in the answers that are right for you. Obama speaks nothing but platitudes, and seems to have said nothing so far of meaning. Really. I want to mention this -- health care is not the issue, its the environment and the economy, stupid. The pres needs to champion health care, but the real issue is climate. Everything that happens relates to Global Warming -- they just don't know that yet. Clinton is bright and able and totally owned by Corporate interests, no matter how much she says she feels your pain. So far wall street has made out like bandits with your tax dollars and she has not addressed. McCain is a tough old guy, but not nearly so tough or smart or capable or honest as Ralph Nader. I think McCain will be told what to think and then tell you about what he was told. We need a 500 watt light bulb in the office. Huck? Hey Huck, will you show for the science debate? Huck's situation could be kinda like James Watt, from longer ago than most of you here -- telling USGS director, Dallas Peck, that USGS ground penetrating radar used for locating water that has been buried for millions of years, couldn't be correct since the Earth was only 6,000 years old. Of course Huck is welcome to attend. For Nader, the battle is against the Corporate State. And for you, it ought to be about improving your lives with someone who would be honest, above board and open. We Americans do not have long to continue to be disappointed with what the Two Party System that is owned by multinationals and bloodline banks is going to do to this nation. You owe them several trillion dollars, via the Bush boys and your friends in Congress. The measure of the man, the Candidate will be how much they let him on the media. Ross Perot couldn't even buy a spot on TV. And he could afford it. Tribune, you know. Maybe about dozen selective natural meteor strikes could help. Then we would have some intimation as to where the real power lay. Obama is vacuous. I am sorry. I had hoped for much more, much more. Hillary only has herself to blame. And who owns you? The bank? The Car dealer? The Mortgage Company? Is this a natural human state? What is a natural state? Naked and hungry? Labor of slave? Image: This is a public free picture from Flickr! I got it from Ralph's site www.votenader.org. Get the picture. Please.

I'm not sure I completely

I'm not sure I completely agree with your comments, but I have to tell you that I think "McHilBama" is probably the most brilliant name combination of all time. It's hilarious. Until now, my favorite name combo was "Vaugh-iston," the name dubbed to the short lived romance of Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston. Brangelina is ridiculous and I'll give "TomKat" an honorable mention. But blending McCain, Hilary, and Obama--that's forward thinking. The best legal online movie website can be found right here.

More power to him!

I have not voted for Nader before, but I respect his activism for the greater good. He brings to the "Left" a conscience that neither Obama or Hillary can claim (with a straight face, anyway) to bring. Obama is a great orator--I'll give him that--and Hillary is, well, Hillary. Neither of the two Democrats offer anything more than boilerplate rhetoric and empty promises. On the so-called other side of the aisle, McCain is running on the fact that he (1)was a P.O.W. 40 years ago--as if nothing has happened in the world since then--and (2)he is not Obama or Hillary. How do I know this? Because I don't watch sound bites or political commercials. I take what the candidates offer as a position (fortunately, my job is easier with Flip Romney gone) and fact check based on their real record. With the singular exception of Ron Paul, whose treatment at the hands of the Inner Party in Washington is shameful and decidedly un-American, there is not another mainstream political candidate that has the wherewithal to restore the Constitution and bring our country back from the brink. I support Nader entering the campaign because his presence draws attention away from McHilBama's dog and pony show and puts it back on the real issues. Plus, like Ron Paul's mistreatment is awakening voters on the Right to the lies told by the Inner Party, Nader's inevitable mistreatment by the same plutocrats will awaken voters on the Left. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

McCain the Kid

I bet McCain is happy that he's no longer the oldest candidate in the race--he's a youthful 71, while Nader is 74.
