In the last two or three decades we've seen a few trends in men's hairstyles. Afros, mohawks, mullets, sideburns, spikes, flat tops, buzz cut, bald, fades, that's all I can think of, off the top of my head (seriously no pun intended). Each of those mentioned styles can have many variations and subcategories, depending on the person. But the one trend I've yet to see emerge is the "reverse mohawk," or "the Larry" hairdo from the Three Stooges. Perhaps in spite of the liberal society we live in today where the only accepted standard is "anything goes," there are still some things that are pretty absolute. One of them is that it is totally uncool to shave one's head down the middle and leave the sides untouched. I'm sure that somebody somewhere has committed this shameful act, but I doubt that this will ever be a mainstream trend. Perhaps this will bring awareness to the world of fashion and we'll soon see the first Calvin Klein dudes walking on the catwalk sporting reverse mohawks.
