Will There Be a Spider-Man 4? When Will the Next Movie Come Out?

So there has been speculation as to how many Spider-Man movies are going to be in the series. 4? 5? 6? When will the next movie come out? Is Spider-Man 4 going to be as corny as Spider-Man 3? I hope not.
