As they move into every career area that was formerly considered off-limits to women, executive positions in government like president of the United States for example; can women undertake these very demanding jobs and still fulfill their need
to be wives and mothers?
American corporations are still raising young girls unrealistic expectations about love and marriage by promoting and selling "Cinderella Wedding Gowns" and "Fairy Tale Weddings" on the one hand and employing women in jobs that make working 60 hours a week a requirement to keep the job, hardly conducive to a nuturing family life, on the other hand.
Women want to get married and have children above-all, the careers make the money that pays for better schools and houses in better neighborhoods.
