When Heidi Dalibor didn't pay her library fine, she was given a court date. When she didn't show up for court, a warrant was issued for her arrest. The police showed up and the rest is biblio-history.

Another stupid person caught for doing something stupid...
She should have simply paid her late fees and returned the books. Some customers are like pit bulls... they always want a fight and never in a good mood...
She ignored four notices from the library in addition to two phone calls, two letters and a citation that included a court date. She DESERVES to get arrested.
That ignoring a court date can be charged as contempt of court... that should put her away for a few more days at the very least...
