Woman to Broadcast Her Child's Birth Live on the Internet

A 23 year old woman in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is planning to broadcast the birth of her child live on the internet. Anyone with an internet connection will be able to view the stream live from the hospital, but only members of the website Moms Like Me will be able to post comments.

This is not the first time a woman has given birth live on the internet, however, this idea evolved from a desire to fully document the pregnancy. Already, the mom-to-be has been blogging throughout the pregnancy about the highs and lows of her pregnancy. While most people would not want to share their child's birth with others in this way, a majority of visitors of the Moms Like Me website responded that they would be interested in watching a broadcast of another child's birth live.
