Woman Finds Tattoo Below Her Panty Line, After Waking Up From Surgery.

A woman from New Jersey is suing her orthopedic surgeon, after having woken up from her surgery to discover a temporary tattoo of a rose, just below her panty line.

The Doctor in question does not deny having placed the tattoo there, he says he did it to lift her spirits. But, the woman is distraught over the incident.
