Wonder Gays Perform Wonder Girls and Get (Famous?)

My wife and I were watching the news here in Thailand and during the interview portion of this particular program, the host spoke with a group of five teenage boys who gained some measure of popularity here when they decided to enter a contest to win tickets to a "Wonder Girls" concert when the Korean girl group toured Thailand.

The boys didn't win and hadn't set out to become famous, but after posting their entry video of the teens dancing and lip-synching to the Wonder Girls' hit "Nobody," They received over a million views and became instant regional celebrities!

Since their video hit the internet, they have started performing their act which is quite popular in the gay community and have even managed to secure a recording contract with a Thai recording label Zheza who see their potential as a gay boy band...

See their initial video that was posted on YouTube back in February 2009.

Good for these guys, I mean, its turning into one of those magical "ascends." They may have not won the tickets, but, they still won... +1 If you liked this article why not go to the YELLOW BOX at the top right of this piece and vote -- CLICK the +.
