Work place FRUSTRATION

Work place FRUSTRATION

I know you've had it.

I think it's complete and total donkey fesces when I have to leave work for a family members funeral and my co-workers who are MORE THAN CAPABLE of doing my responsibilities for one single day completely and totaly Ignore the work that is at hand.

When I started this job over a year and a half ago, I was told that it's a team player atmosphere. If someone's out, we take over their accounts for that moment, so when they come back they're not overwhelmed with work. I've even been put on the spot for not doing these things towards the beginning of my employment.

Unfortunately, I'm the only one that seems to catch heat for anything, for no apparent reason. I came back from my funeral, and these guys hid the work for that day to make it look like work was done and now I'm swamped.
