This page is about warlocks that are already at level 70, so if you are looking for a leveling guide please look elsewhere. OK so there are several things you may want out of your warlock, and this is how you should spec your warlock for each thing.

PvP - ( v1, 2v2, 3v3)SS spec. In this spec you will have Siphon life from afflicion, as well as Soul link from demonology. Make sure you get all of the talents to compliment your drain life ability as this will be the source of your power. Do not waste talents on useless things in demonology such as improving your demons. Make sure to get imp. healthstones. Your guild/groupmates will thank you later.

PvE - (instances, mobs) Conflagurate spec. Get all of the talents improving your fire/shadow damage spells. Get Shadowburn for the extra nuking ability. Get Imp. corruption, (which you should ALWAYS have.) and any other ability/talent you see fit.

PvP - (raids)Affiction spec. For this spec you will need to get unstable affliction. Dark pact is another move i would recommend getting. Get imp. healthstones and get from the destruction tree the talent(s) that reduce your shadowbolt cast time by .5 seconds.
