Making money on eBay typos

I've bought a number of things on eBay over the years but never managed to find a typo that would make me some money. There's always a first time, though.

I do recall buying some things listed with typos on ebay, so the myth is true - so not a myth or sales pitch. Anyway, the problem, as I recall it, is very much with ebay.com when some years ago they made it very hard to browse categories, you had to search for stuff. Users of other sites like ebay.co.uk complained bitterly and that style of site was not implemented. What it meant was that one could browse ebay.com items from inside ebay.co.uk and thereby find items that did not come up on searches because of an important typo.
