Worldwide Emergency Number For Mobile Phones

Most countries have a good Emergency Medical Services setting. The moment you have an emergency, you can rely on them to respond for whatever emergencies that you encounter. Commonly this system is called, Emergency Medical System or EMS.

By having a good and systematic EMS system, people are assured that the moment an emergency occurs or someone needs assistance, an ambulance, a firetruck or a police officer will be on site to respond to your emergency needs.

However, bear in mind that the most important thing to note is the EMS number. I believe that everyone is familiar with the United States 911. Different countries have different numbers. Obviously it would be difficult to remember each country's EMS number.

Should you find the need to call for Emergency Medical Services, you do not have to worry most especially if you have a mobile phone. Mobile phones are actually designed to contact EMS numbers worldwide.

May it be you are in the United States, Canada, or wherever you may be, the universal emergency number for mobile phones is 112.

So all you need to do is dial 112 and it will automatically connect you to the EMS number to what country you are in.
