Pierre Ayotte, an Internet entrepreneur, has devised a clever marketing scheme to help charities that want to advertise on his website. He is offering the public an opportunity to rent out their soul for a week. All you have to do is post your photo with a little "my soul" sign on it; if your photo is chosen to be put on the homepage, you get paid ten dollars and do without your soul for a week.

The plus is that he also donates ten dollars to a charity of your choosing from those advertising on his website.

While this is not the proverbial "selling your soul", Mr. Ayotte swears that he is not working for Beelzebub.
